Katie Merritt is the Student Media Coordinator and adviser of Six Mile Media. She has over 18 years of scholastic journalism experience and has served on the board of directors for state and national journalism organizations. When not advising her students to pursue journalistic excellence, Merritt enjoys reading, watching college football and traveling to places she’s never been.
