Dear Editor,
I read the February SMP, page 3. The best decision the officer made was shutting down the rest of the school day due to social media threat. It made us feel safer, we did not have to worry about going to our next class and having to worry about something bad happening on campus. Getting the alerts on our phones is very helpful. I was actually in the gym working out with my headphones on at the moment everything was happening. If it wasn’t for the alerts, I would have still been working out not knowing what was going on here at campus.
