A traditional movie night with friends is not possible as long as social distancing is necessary. But thanks to Netflix Party, anyone with Google Chrome and a Netflix login can watch movies with their friends.
Netflix Watch Party adds a live group chat to the movie. Users can customize their party with a nickname and by uploading screenshots.
Users copy the link to their watch party and send it to any friends who want to hop in on the movie or show with them. This makes it easy to watch in unison and chat with each other.
There are many ways to use this application to connect with others. Netflix Party can be used for remote Netflix dates, movie nights with friends or even connecting with a niece or nephew by watching a children’s show with them.
To install the application, go to the Google Chrome web store and search for Netflix Watch Party. Select the red NP app at the top of the results list.
