Kennesaw State University’s mechanical engineering students gathered around the Norton and Howell buildings on Marietta’s campus on October 29. The students brought their man-made mechanisms to see which one could hurl a pumpkin across the field the furthest, or even at all. Some teams’ pumpkins went 100 feet in the air. This is the sixth time the college has done this event.
