Raj Sashti to discuss present-day economics and poltics in India on Cartersville campus

On Monday, Nov. 17, Raj Sashti, director of international education at Middle Georgia State College, will discuss the economics and politics surrounding present-day India in room 102B of the Cartersville campus student center from noon to 12:40 p.m.

According to Bronson Long, GHC’s director of global initiatives, Sashti will give an in-depth review of India’s economic and political society.

The talk is open to everyone.

Raj Sashti has extensive experience within international affairs as he has served as the director of international program development at Southern Polytechnic State University from fall 2009-2014. Additionally, Sashti has worked for the American Embassy and the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), which administers foreign civilian aid in New Delhi, India.
